Favouritism, lack of career support, poor work life balance, high turnover you hit the nail on the head. The best feeling is walking away and no longer being a part of the chaos. Your mental, physical and spiritual health is not worth the torment. Take the lessons and left the trauma!

Hi, In my organisation, im on off role and company is not even concerned to make me on rol last 3 years. My manager was demises 6 months ago and no new is hired since then. Yes i get work life balance and macro management is there but there is no reward recognition no inclusion signs and no team unity.. Im being outcast and there are no signs of change in it.. I told all this to my interim manager but that also blames that im playing blame games.. I trust this type of work life balance and macro management is also of no use...we get paid for our work...and for that work we need reward and recognition time to time....i think that's equally important walong with work life balance and macro management

When passionate employees become 🤫.🤐..#FACTS. Disappointing part is that a culture of unchecked toxicity can become so normalized that it could appear to be the organization's or department's operating model. I am not certain whether leaders/stakeholders realize how much better employees would perform, produce, and deliver in a non (at least less) toxic environment, or they are oblivious to the true culture of the company. Honestly, I'd be more receptive to them not realizing as good as it appears to be, it could be so much better for all, than them being so out of touch, unaware, or unbothered that "the norm" of a narcissistic toxic environment is encouraged and thought to be "the reason" for the company's success (as opposed to it's diminishing corporate cultural, slow or stifled growth). I know it sounds the same, but it isn't (to me). I would dig a little further on the question of why a "certain" people leave, those who have been there, and those who are (stayed) there yet are a shell of who they were.

DPH was a sicking and malfunctioning toxicity work environment in Hartford. The kicker, managers took the pleasure of orchestrating and devious measures pitting black clericals against each other. Token blacks, females were more favored with special privileges, arriving late for work, leaving early and excessive time on the phone of personal calls not belated to work, etc. Token queens.

I had an experience with a toxic Director who made my job a living hell. It got so bad I would get physically ill before entering my job, everyday I would pray for a better day walk in with confidence and positive attitude and there she would come to cut me down any chance she got. I even had a one to one with her I felt we got to an understanding and for a few days she was so cooperative and showed promise but that’s didn’t last. I loved my job but couldn’t take her constant negative criticism, her micromanaging, undermining me in front of staff. She would have me micro manage employees write up people up for the dumbest reasons. Just because she didn’t like them she would nitpick until the person was terminated. In the six months I was there I had to fire about 8 people and to be honest maybe three were rightfully terminated others it was just constant nit picking until they got fired. After six months and asking for help from HR who didn’t do anything about it because they were buddies I left it took me years to recover from this toxicity. It made me question my skills, my competence and mostly my judgement. I found out shortly after I left she was caught stealing information and was fired. I will never let anyone treat me or make me do anything that goes against my values.

I was fired from my last job due to occurrence points but I did not know I was occurring the points and was not told by my manager or anything and it takes 6 months for each point to drop off so of course I didn’t have enough time to get them off so I never knew how to answer the question without getting personal so thank you so much for this! I wish I would have came across you earlier since my interview is tomorrow but I will still do my best I’m already claiming it! God Bless ♥️

I was recommended to your channel by a friend. I have been struggling when applying for jobs and take far too long crafting a resume as I over think things. My biggest challenge is tailoring my resume to the job description. Sometimes I take a who day to craft a resume. Thanks for your tips, I am guilty of writing too much and obsessed in getting every bullet point grammatically correct.
